Shipping Guidelines

Shipping Terms:

-  Due to High Demand and occasional promotional pricing, most items ship to customers within 2 to 4 weeks after purchase. Often much sooner.

Priority Handling: Yes, you can choose additional payment options on some items.

If you choose our Priority Handling option at checkout, we'll move your order to the top of the list so that it will be processed faster than normal. 

This only speeds up our internal time to put everyone who skipped this benefit behind you. This does not impact the actual shipping time of the courier.

Once your order has left our warehouse, it is in the hands of the courier. We no longer have the item or the ability to control the courier schedule.

To clarify, we do not control the U.S. Post Office, UPS, FedEX (or any other international logistics company etc..), or any domestic/ international flight or trucking vehicles and freight schedules. WE JUST MAKE GREAT PRODUCTS AND ARE EXCITED THAT YOU WANT IT RIGHT AWAY :)

- Please allow 7 to 15 business days to receive your order after it has been shipped.

PLEASE understand that we are not Amazon.com and do not guarantee Express Two (2) hour, Drone air-drop deliveries to your doorstep, Same Day, or 2 day delivery.

Before assuming that the package is late or been delayed, please note the typical shipping guidelines on THIS WEBSITE. Not any other retailer. 

Business Days DO NOT include (weekends or holidays).


- Tracking number will be available upon request 1-2 business days after your order has shipped.  

 

If the product arrives broken or faulty within 30 days of confirmed delivery, please email photos or videos of the product to info@enjoysanity.com so we can better assist with your exchange request.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. 

Please email us at info@enjoysanity.com to request an exchange and receive written exchange instructions. Items must have written approval for exchange from our customer service reps in order for instructions to be sent to you.

 Terms of Sale

- You must notify us of any damaged or defective product the same day you received the item, in order for it to be considered for replacement.
- You will be responsible for any brokerage or customs duty fees based on your countries customs laws. In most cases any orders under $200 in value (depending on country) will not be required to pay any customs duties etc. (Please make sure to check with your local customs department for more information)

Shipping Window:
Shipping times depend on the product and location of our suppliers and manufacturers. 

Where do your products come from?

While we are a US based retailer and supplier of most items, We do maintain US and Non-US warehouses all over the world handling our shipments. As many of our customers are in international countries some items are shipped from international locations.
